Vintage Billy Balloons House And Billy Balloon's Circus Activity Puzzle Booklet. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. I cannot find any information on these so course I'm going to say they're very rare and scarce! They measure 3 and 3/4 in across and 5 and 1/4 in tall. Each one about 4 pages double sided. I have no idea who Billy balloon is can't seem to find any information on Billy! But they are in as new condition never been even opened until I took pictures I believe. Spines are very beautiful no rust at all on the staples these are in excellent condition! The pages seem a little fragile to me for somebody to be scribbling on with a pencil or a crayon but that's what they were intended for. Sold as is and as pictured.
