    Description

    Halloween Tapered/Pencil Tree Skirt
    Up for sale is a delightful addition to your holiday decor made personally by me.  This is a tabletop tree skirt to go beneath your tree.  It's 32" in diameter with three layers. The top layer is a black sheer material with silver sparkles scattered about. There easier to see in the photo of the edge.  There's a layer of black satin underneath that with makes it shimmer. It's lined with black on the reverse also. There's a 3" satin pleated ruffle around the outer edge.
    The skirt has a tab at one side opening and a matching tie at the top up next to the tree.  It's lined with batting for thickness and shape. The opening for the tree is 1" in diameter.  This is best suited for a 4 foot or so tabletop tree or a taller tapered/pencil one.
