Osaka 1970 hand held fan
great condition.

just about 4 ⅞" × 7 ¾" overall.
I am told that those were given away at the Japanese Pavilion during Expo 67 ,to promote Japan upcoming World Exposition to be held 3 years later in Osaka , in 1970 ,
Expo' 70 ,
no proof of that but it does make sense.
