Expo 67 Montreal Collector plate Canada 8" gold trim made in Western Germany

Listing is for an 8" in diameter collector plate from Expo 67, the Worlds Fair that was held in Montreal Canada in 1967.  There are no chips or cracks in the plate.  There are some scuff/scratch marks in the gold trim, and a couple of small areas where the gold is worn away (see photo #4)
The plate design ahs the Canadian flag at the top, with a trio of maple leaves on one side, and a beaver on the other.  Circling the edge of the plate are some of the exhibit halls/buildings that were at the fair.
The back of the plate has several markings - copyright Expo 67, the number 85, and a blue seal that says made in Western Germany.
There is some kind of black makers mark also, but it is within the blue seal - I am not sure what company the black makers mark is from
