    this item came to us on a pallet of liquidated holiday items from Balsam Hill -. it is in New condition, however there are a few scuffs and scratches on the collar. it blends fairly well, and does not look out of place. please look at pictures for a better idea.
    The tree collar is completely handwoven from cattail plant fibers, creating a rustic textured backdrop for presents under your Christmas tree. Featuring two detachable parts for easy set-up and storage, this indoor tree collar is compatible with Balsam Hill -™ Christmas trees over 7' tall including FLIP TREES™ and rolling stands up to 32.5" in diameter for the large collars, and trees under 7' for the small collar.
